General technical requirements for the device:

1. Before installing the fan coil unit, it is necessary to inspect the appearance of the unit, perform a three speed operation, and conduct a water pressure test.

2. When connecting pipelines with fan coil units, it is advisable to use flexible hoses for connection.

3. The supply and return valves and filters of the fan coil unit should be located close to the coil unit and all above the condensate tray.

4. When hoisting the fan coil unit, it should be sturdy, positioned correctly, and have a slope of 0.003 towards the outlet of the condensate tray. The connection between the suspension rod and the coil unit should be fastened with double nuts. Concealed coil ceilings should have movable access doors for easy access to the unit and repairs.
5. When connecting the fan coil unit with the supply and return water pipeline, special tools should be used to prevent the coil interface. A 200mm long plastic hose should be selected and clamped with a special pipe clamp at the connection between the condensate pan and the condensate pipe.
Before installing the fan coil unit, a single machine three speed test run and water pressure test should be conducted. The test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure of the system, and if there are no leaks, it is considered qualified.
